FMT is the US importer for Vimercati press brakes. Since 1973, Vimercati has been manufacturing bending systems at their factory north of Milan, Italy. The production of frames, hydraulic cylinders, and back gauges are 100% made in Italy at the Fratelli Vimercati factory in Sovico utilizing components from ESAutomation (CNC controls), Bosch-Rexroth and Sauer Danfoss (hydraulics), and Siemens (motors). This small company is quietly putting out the best, most accurate press brakes in the world.
In Italy it is said, “When you want the best, you buy Vimercati,” and we believe this phrase will soon be repeated by US fabricators.
